Rae is a first generation Grenadian-American and after a health scare in 2021 she made a total lifestyle change and dedicated herself to a natural and holistic lifestyle.
She kept fitness fun and engaging by tapping into her Grenadian heritage and incorporating Soca whether she’s running, strength training, or practicing yoga as a Certified 200 hour Yoga Instructor. Rae also utilized holistic herbal remedies connected to West African and Indigenous Carib culture to facilitate healing and balancing hormonal challenges.
